A sore throat and stuffy nose are keeping me from my normal Jenny Craig appointment today. This just means when I weigh in next week, it will seem like I lost a lot. That will for sure keep me motivated.
One of the main parts of Jenny Craig is exercise. With a small baby and toddler around, doing a formal workout can be tough. There are days when I only do "natural exercise," like cleaning or going up and down the stairs to change diapers. When I do a formal workout, I like to go to the YMCA, which is right across the street. Patch is still too young for the playroom, so lately I've been doing a lot of tapes. My favorites are Kathy Smith and The Firm. Both work up a good sweat and by the end I feel like I've had a producting 45 minutes.
