Chicken Piccata

I made a delicious dinner tonight of Chicken Piccata and some spinach. Other than being a tad too lemony, it was fabulous. My advice when making this is when it says to put the cooked chicken into the oven on a pan lined with parchment paper, follow the recipe and don't use waxed paper.
