One Week!

AAAACCCCKKKK!!! One week? SERIOUSLY??? Man, it's coming fast. I haven't even watched all my favorite holiday movies yet. There's still Holiday Inn, A Christmas Story, Christmas Vacation, or even A Christmas Carol. I can't watch the last one alone -- Curly must be here to protect me from Ignorance and Want.

My other favorite thing to watch is Christmas in Washington. I don't care who you voted for, there is something cool about the party the President hosts every year. And, it's from America's home town. I really like finding out who the performers are, because generally they are people who support the President. I really enjoy finding out who's a Republican in showbiz.

Well, you can cross Christmas in Washington off your list because it was on last night! (TNT) Coco discovered it at about 10:00 last night when she was cleaning her room. That's 11 your time. It began with Julianne Hough singing Santa Baby! I recorded it if you want to come over. With any luck, there will be a replay. I love it too!

I recorded it, too. Curly had never seen it before, which I think is a crime, since he grew up even closer to DC than I did! Didn't you just love "Straight No Chaser?" They are my new favorite thing about the holidays.

I feel out of the loop now - I've never seen it. My favorites are Muppet Christmas Carol, Scrooged, Mixed Nuts, and Miracle on 34th Street. Good luck making your Christmas deadlines!

RATZ! I love Christmas in Washington, in fact I've shamelessly begged Elaine Hatch to take me with her to the taping. I missed it, and I didn't record it. I'll watch it at your house Christmas Eve, JLK, if you please.
