Patch

Patch is feeling much better today. He woke up with no fever, only a slightly runny nose, and just a little cough. Hopefully the trend will continue and we can be done with sickness for a little while.

This afternoon the Towne Singers are scheduled to perform in Columbia at a retirement home. We have a good time at these performances. We can bring kids, which always makes things easier, and we sing for about 45 minutes. It's been awhile since we have had one of these gigs, so it will be interesting to see how Patch behaves. My guess is that he will not want to stay in his stroller and that he will charm all the ladies.

Your children are just vulnerable to those yucky bugs! That sucks! BTW~ I enjoyed Curly's talk yesterday in church.
And I haven't started Twilight yet... still finishing up another book. I also have "As Always, Dave". We'll see if it's any good!

I bet the residents at the retirement home absolutely loved having you and the kids there. The old folks really enjoy the music and singing, but having childrena along makes it that much better. What great service you are doing in your community. Keep up the good work AND the improving health!

The residents LOVED us!!

Well, let's be honest, they loved our kids. And Colleen brought her two as well-the residents were in HEAVEN . . . not literally, my voice didn't take any of them down this time. (I love singing with my hot wife . . .)
