Weight Loss Wednesday

Before:
I wish I could skip ahead by a few months and get to the "after." That which does not kill us makes us thin, I suppose. Yesterday I went to my first Weight Watcher's meeting. I enjoyed it. The other people there oo'd and ah'd over Ginger and were very supportive. That's why I like the meetings: the support. I know myself enough to know I need a crowd cheering me on. Today is Day 1 of Week 1. Do I look smaller yet?

For those who are joining me in the quest for a smaller bottom, please share the program you're following. Let's support each other and be good cheerleaders. And by July, hopefully we'll all be 2 sizes smaller!

I'm going to weight watchers and have been since 9/21/09, I've lost 25 lbs. I like the meetings too. I've faltered a bit and have struggled on a plateau for about 6 weeks, but I'm still going and know that I'm going to win, YOU can too ;o)

I am following the USA Today diet plan because of its low expectations of losing a pound a week. I've lost 5 since I started the first week of January so it is working. I've eliminated sugar and my portions are smallish. The key is keeping a food log and writing down everything that I put in my mouth. Plus, I go to the gym 6 days a week.

Way to go getting right back on track when your baby is not even 2 months old yet! I am a WW drop out. It just wasn't working for me Dog. But I know it's worked for you before! I'm just trying now to keep a food log and aim for 1500 calories a day. And since I have found I've starving eating that amount, I guess I've been packing in many more calories, keeping my bottom puffed out of proportion! Good luck!

Hang in there, at least your doing something about it. That's half the battle.
