Bad Day

Yesterday was a bad day. Defrosting the freezer was just the tip of the iceburg. At one point, the dog was barking and both kids were crying as hard as they possibly could. I am hoping that today is better. I imagine it will be. My quilting group was postponed -- several women are sick. So I can be lazy tonight, just like I was last night. The sun is shining, the sky is a bright blue. I think we'll spend some time at the park this morning. Mini-me can get some of her energy out, and Patch can wear himself out so he sleeps for several hours. Everyone wins!

Today is a day you want to put in a bottle and pull out next week when the 3Hs return. Yes, it is what we call a "Sun Valley morning", and before long you can put your defrosting woes behind you and go on vacation to the place where every morning looks like this one.
